Our programs dedicated to high performance and pro athletes are built around unique requirements of each athlete.

To be able to serve each athlete as an individual or as a part of a group or a team, we intelligently combine the best of scientifically based and field proved methods in detecting and developing musculoskeletal, central neural, neuromuscular and/or energy systems’ factors that will lead to further improvement of sport performance, increase injury resilience and extend the professional career.

How exactly we will run any program depends on the needs and specific circumstances each athlete is surrounded by in his/her sport, as well as in daily life.
We will run the program in our Facility, other facilities, ONLINE, or combined.
Our deep understanding of each sport discipline’s needs and huge experience in overcoming organizational issues connected to personal and material resources will guarantee each program being sustainable and successful.

To be able to provide unique programs that can make the best become better, we have built and continuously upgraded resources for the Research Level Sport Science Services and versatile high-performance Facility where you can be exposed to wide range of cutting-edge tools and methods, all applied intelligently and purposefully.

During our entire coaching career, we have worked with young teenagers age 12/13 – 16/17 that have already chosen their sport. We have worked with and produced many great athletes in various sports’ disciplines.
Becoming an ATHLETE is the ultimate prerequisite of becoming successful and long-lasting player, fighter, rider, runner…
Progressively developed fundamental movements’ skills, strength, power, speed and stamina will serve as functional base for any sport specific training.
Timely learned skills in utilizing scientifically based and practice proven methods of the high-performance training will open wide range of possibilities for utilizing the most sophisticated methods throughout an athlete’s career – allowing him/her to perform better and better every competition season.
It is necessary to “train your sport” to become the best possible in that sport. However, doing just that sport will produce a wide range of dysfunctions, which, if not counterbalanced by the optimal complementary performance training will at certain point limit actual sport specific performance and drastically increase likelihood for injuries of all sorts.
All of our programs start with the individual assessments, and are organized taking into account individual needs, sport specific needs, school and sports specific training schedule and time of year/season.
We know that young athletes will improve the most when other stressors are not present, e.g. school and/or competitions – this is why the Off-Season programs are such a great window of opportunity for the ultimate results.
The training programs can be organized individually or inside small groups in our Facility. When organized for the teams, programs can be organized at other locations under our Advice.
